Module 2 · Weeks 5–6 · The reset

Every organization needs a reset: to rethink, innovate and adapt to a changing world.

AI is changing how companies are built, run and valued. Our board includes experts in AI and decision science, and Digital Transformation & AI puts that expertise to work on your venture. New founders design an AI-first company from the start; founders modernizing a family business map where AI creates the most value, and how to get there.

Rethink

How the business works today

Processes, data, decisions and the customer experience, examined with fresh eyes.

Innovate

With AI at the core

AI-powered products, services and business models, not just new tools added on top.

Adapt

People, governance and family

Bring the team, the board and the family along, so the change actually lasts.

Delivers: an AI roadmap for the venture and the family business.

Built for families

Business first, with the family in the room.

Most of the twelve weeks go to the work of building a company: the plan, the technology and the money. Weeks 10 and 11 cover what makes a family venture different, bringing together wellness, leadership and legacy so founders and sponsors can work well together for the long run.

  • Building strong, balanced teams
  • Wills, trusts and life insurance
  • Long-term investing
  • A family charter for decisions across generations

Build it in twelve weeks.
